The seventh volume of Swecchaa Kavitvamu is the series' most historically grounded — written in real time during the COVID-19 pandemic years of 2020 to 2022. Eleven collections (109–120) are gathered here, dedicated to Vishva Paura Hrudayam — the Universal Civic Heart. The volume opens with Repatiki Reservulo ('In Tomorrow's Reserves') and centres on the paired Lockdown collections (111+112): Vartamanam Metla Meenchi — 'The Present Moment Climbing the Steps'. Ajeyam ('The Unconquerable') asserts post-pandemic resilience. Gaayapadi Shanti ('Wounded Peace') mourns what was lost. The preface traces Swecchaa Kavithvam's philosophical lineage back to 1953 and identifies four creative dimensions: contemporary primacy, democratic-socialist vision, nature-grounded symbolism, and humaneness from local to universal scale.
