The ninth and final volume of Swecchaa Kavitvamu completes a journey begun in 1953. Eighteen collections (127-144), written from 2023 to 2025, are structured in three movements: Swechha Navam (2023), Akshara Yaanam (2024), and Swechha Prayaanam (2025). The volume opens with Hrudi Nundi Hradiki — Heart to Heart — and reaches its philosophical peak at collection 135: Manifesto, the only collection in the entire series to carry this title. Idi Mali Telangana (137) reaffirms territorial and cultural identity. The series closes with Aasha Bandham (144) — Hope's Bond — Ranga Rao's final poetic statement.
